INFORMATION
Check in
Your apartment is guaranteed to be available from 4 p.m.Our reception is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We kindly ask you to check in no later than 8 p.m. Please call us if you can't arrive till 8 p.m. Tel: 08324 9840. If you arrive before 4 p.m., you will receive your guest card with an activated Bad Hindelang Plus services (not for business travelers). You can give us your mobile phone number and we will inform you as soon as the apartment available is.
Check out
We ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.
Booking
Over the phone, fax, e-mail, post or online under www.die-gams.de. Your requests, questions and wishes will be gladly processed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Payment
You can pay in cash or with EC card. Prepayment via bank transfer is possible. Enter your booking number, name and travel date. You can find our bank details in the booking confirmation.
Cancellation/travel cancellation insurance
Cancellation costs will be charged on 80% of the total price. Free cancellation from 2 to 31 days before arrival depending on the season. We recommend taking travel cancellation insurance.
Calculation bases
For short stays of up to 6 nights, no confirmation of the apartment number. With the weekly arrangements, overlaps of the seasons are assigned to the respective season on a daily basis. Single occupancy surcharge is also charged when accompanying a child. 14 = 13 - the last night (arrangement, no surcharge and extras) will not be charged. There is no remuneration for package services that are not used.
Children
The age on the day of arrival is decisive for the age allocation of the children. Children's prices are only valid for the overnight stays in the apartment with at least 1 adult. If a separate apartment is requested for children, the oldest child will be charged as an adult.
Tourist tax
For all prices we calculate the tourist's tax separately at the local tariff. Exemption upon presentation of a severely disabled ID card from 80% is possible.
GTC und Validity
The current price list replaces all previous prices. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions can be viewed at www.die-gams.de. We reserve all the rights to make any price changes.
